If you wish to become a members and communicate with other members and make use of the service ("Service"), read these terms of use and follow the instructions in the registration process. This agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. This agreement may be modified by Shubh Wedding from time to time effective upon notice to you as a members. Whenever there is a change in the Terms of Use, Shubh Wedding will intimate you of such change. Your continued use of the site pursuant to such change will constitute deemed acceptance of such changes.

1. Eligibility.

To register as a member of Shubh Wedding or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age limit is 70 years.)

2. Criteria.

Shubh Wedding marriage consultant shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, we believe that the information submitted by you is true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, relatives on your behalf under your express consent. Membership subscription fees will not be refundable.

No assurance of guarantee that as an applicant you will receive responses from the other side. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits. Shubh Wedding is not legally responsible for any delay in process due to technical or other reasons.

Shubh Wedding observed that any member is using this site to promote or engage or in illegal sexual relations or extra marital affairs his/her membership will be terminated immediately without any refund and without any liability to Shubh Wedding

You are not allowed to create multiple profiles. If we found that you have created multiple profiles, your membership will be terminated immediately without any refund of subscription fees

Once you are a Member of the Shubh Wedding service, you agree to receive email from Shubh Wedding and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe all these email at any time for any reason.

3. Member Disputes.

You are only responsible for your advertisement/communications with other Shubh Wedding Members. We do not monitor your text, calls, or any disputes between you and other Members. We reserve the right to take suitable action against misbehaving members. We will not oblige to share such action with other members, including complainants.

4. Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The Shubh Wedding is for individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating Accepts from relevant matches. This includes providing links to other web sites and media.
